实习期要求：12个月，每周3-4天
实习待遇：14RMB/h
工作地点：上海市陆家嘴（2号线陆家嘴10分钟路程）
Provide analysis, insight and timely communication to support the business in determining which merchandise to buy, how much to buy and where the merchandise needs to be (in which stores / store groups), when and how much to allocate to stores. Partner with merchandisers, retail, and distribution teams to support centralized buying and distribution. The Line planner will support one or two lines, depending on the size and complexity of the line, and work closely with the Merchandiser counterpart for the line / lines.
JOB PURPOSE:
Allocation and Replenishment System running:
-Cooperate with Planner to run the scheduled work of allocation and replenishment, generate related reports
-Double check the result of replenishment and allocation
-Cooperate with Planners to provide the analysis report for replenishment and allocation, give retail and merchandising team a general idea about each allocation/replenishment result
-Prepare the allocation original format to each merchandiser
Reporting
-Generate the in-season report from the system (Planner still responsible for the comments)
-Weekly Bester Seller Report by line (Planner still responsible for the analysis)
CQR Inventory Checking
-Check the TOP stores MIN versus inventory to see if there is any inventory shortage
Pre-Season planning support:
-Support in executing Pre-Season planning in retail planning system RPAS.
-Generate reports from reporting system IR and provide analysis on how forecast change month by month
-Update the size/range plan template
-Check consistency between RPAS and COGNOS during financial FCT period

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Strong database and Excel skills
Strong analytical skills – being able to handle data, manipulate it, derive insights, and present it in an understandable way
Ability of organizing workload and managing priorities in a complex environment
Good communication skills
Can work at least 3 days per week
说明：校友公司，奢侈品行业。商品规划部门实习生，是奢侈品行业里面比较有含金量的部门，直线汇报的经理是2位，其中一个是老外，都是非常资深的经理，可以学到很多东西。
主要面向大三或研一研二，希望能够实习6-12个月，一周3天左右。
要求是Excel熟练，之前的实习有处理数据的经验。
