1. Areas of Responsibility
- Reporting support: collect and process monthly sourcing data
- Contract archiving and maintenance
- Receiving, copying, filing and maintaining documents
- Vendor data maintenance
- Assist order follow-ups
- Assist with payment problem solving between client and supplier
- Maintain SAP data, including info record and vendor code setup
2. Below please kindly find the requirements:
- Good Microsoft office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, especially familiar with excel.
- Good English skill: Reading/Writing is must, speaking is plus.
- At least 3 days per week in office(4 days per week is preferred), would be able to continue for at least 3 months.
- Good team spirit and communication skills
- Second year master student is preferred
