Research Analyst Internship-Japanese Speaking职位描述:
Job Title: Research Analyst Internship-Japanese Speaking
Reports To: Team Leader of Korea & Japan Team
Location: Shanghai
Main purpose of the role:
To identify & recruit specialists to CognoLink’s network of industry experts to help facilitate consultations between industry specialists and our clients (Private Equity Companies, Hedge Funds and Management Consultancies) in order to help them to make insightful investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
-To use internal and external tools to source Industry specialists
-To identify new sources of specialists wherever possible
-To recruit specialists to our specialist network
-To facilitate consultations; scheduling calls between our clients and specialists, arranging for interpreters, assisting specialists complete pre-consultation processes
Essential criteria:
-Ability to continually making cold-calls, to face strangers and to convince them(great sales skills)
- Fluent in Japanese & English
-Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
-Strong general business understanding and common sense
-IT literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
-Outstanding social and networking skills
